Secretariat is owned and operated by Samantha Diedrick Harris, and she is the main planner for all events. Depending on the size and scope of the event, one to six or more highly experienced part-time staff may work to assist Samantha and her clients, all of whom has worked for Secretariat for 10 years or more. On the occasion when there are multiple events in one day or weekend, a lead assistant will be assigned to work the event.
During the event planning process, Samantha and her staff will work with you to find and book your vendors, create your event schedule and keep you on track for all elements related to your occasion.
Samantha prides herself on working closely with her clients and is known for her responsiveness and attention to detail. From assembling and mailing invitations, to delivering hotel welcome bags, directing guests to shuttles, coordinating ceremonies, managing event schedules with vendors and so much more - Samantha and her staff are very "hands on." Her staff knows the client's needs and their guests always come first and they are always ready to manage the unexpected.
